Desk Side Support

Full time desk side support engineers needed. This role will be to support our client’s day to day technical needs and questions. This person will be responsible for the general infrastructure and planning for growth and needs for the client. A self-motivated driven engineer that can stay on task and manage time wisely is needed. This is not a contract position we are looking for long term permanent employees. Full time engineers do receive sick time, PTO, and vacation. Also full benefits including health, and 401k are offered.

Required Skills:

  • Server 2003/2008 knowledge
  • Workstation Administration and Repair
  • Spyware, Virus, and Malware Removal
  • Exchange and Outlook basic troubleshooting
  • DNS understanding
  • Basic Networking
  • Firewall configuration and maintenance
  • Wireless access point deployment and configuration
  • Android and iOS experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic VMware
  • Shortel administration
  • BackupExec and Mozy back ups
  • Epic medical software
  • ConnectWise CRM tool
