Inside Sales Representative

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Biz Technology Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a part of the Sales and Marketing Team, the Insides Sales Representative’s roles will include:

  • Identify and qualify new accounts through the acquisition of information through internet search, followed by telephone inquiries
  • Secure face to face appointments with new prospects and existing clients for Outside Sales Team members (may require upwards of 50 – 60 calls a day)
  • Assist with marketing campaigns
  • Help scrub contact data in our CRM

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of prior outbound call experience
  • Self-starter with record of finding opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone for extended periods
  • No phone fear, maintain minimum call volume/day, excellent follow up skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and basic CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • HubSpot experience is a plus!
