Outside Sales Representative
We are an Inc 5000 and Charlotte Business Journal 50 fastest growing Charlotte NC company. Biz Technology Solutions provides many advanced IT infrastructure and software application development services for mid-size to large organizations across the US.
We are looking for someone that can work both independently and with account teams to develop new accounts and selling technical support agreements and other prominent technologies.
- Research, qualify and pursue quality accounts to book appointments using several lead-gen techniques including, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events, networking, canvassing
- Manage prospect and client’s expectations from initial meeting to onboarding
- Develop quotes, proposals, PPT and perform presentations
- Build and maintain relationships
- Follow company lead gen, and opportunity closing best practices as defined by playbooks
- Assist in the development of lead-gen campaigns
- Report on your sales KPIs and opportunity forecast (pipeline) accurately during weekly and quarterly sales meetings.
- Stay up to date with current trends in the industry
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
