COVID-19 Company Update

Like many of you we have been closely monitoring the situation surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus). The health and well-being of our employees and partners remains the utmost importance to us. As further developments continue, we have decided to increase our response to this infectious outbreak.

While we are aware that most infected by this virus will fully recover, we also know we need to be concerned about your employee’s health, our employee’s health, and our duty to our society to avoid contributing to further spread. 

The CDC has made certain recommendations that lead us to modifying our standard practices for a temporary timeframe. 

After much consideration, Biz Technology Solutions is moving to a remote workforce until further notice. If there is an emergency, we can still dispatch someone, but it will be for emergency situations only. The good news is that most of what we do to keep your systems running securely and effectively can be done remotely. Even though we are moving to a remote workforce for the time being, this will be business as usual for us.

Meetings that we would have previously been held in person will be offered via video conference or phone conference solutions. 

Due to this situation and high call volume, response times may be longer than normal. We will do our best to respond to all the issues as fast as we can and are taking every precaution to avoid this.  

It is a tricky situation, and we hope you can appreciate our desire to limit possibly spreading the virus to your team from us or vice/versa.  We will work hard to make sure your business is affected the least amount possible for what we can control.
